What to expect at your first session?
At your first session, you'll be warmly welcomed at Kilo Gym- smiles included! We'll start by walking through what to expect, followed by a simple warm-up and some mobility exercises so I can get a feel for how your body moves.
From there, I’ll guide you through a strength-based session tailored to your current level and goals. Each exercise will be clearly explained and demonstrated, and I’ll support you every step of the way as you give them a try. We’ll finish with some stretches to cool down and help your body recover.
This is your space- we’ll keep it enjoyable, and I can guarantee you’ll leave feeling accomplished and satisfied.
The Personal Training journey

While the path may vary, I promise you this: you'll build confidence in the gym, learn how to strength train safely and effectively, gain valuable insights into nutrition and mindset, and step into a safe, confidential space where you're free to show up exactly as you are- even if that means letting off some steam.
